Her trauma-informed therapeutic approach draws from a number of theories and techniques including attachment and family systems, internal family systems, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). She has a deep affinity for walking alongside the hurting and seeks to do so with all her clients as they grieve their pain and brokenness, and find hope and health.
